- 1/2 lb Lobster or possibly crab meat, liquid removed, all shell removed
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. Fresh peas -or possibly-
- 1 c. Frzn peas, thawed, undrained
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/4 c. Dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd white pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 c. Slivered Swiss cheese
- 1 x Tomato, cut in thin wedges
- 1 x Or possibly more fresh Jalapeno chiles, thinly sliced & seeded
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped chives
