- 1 x romaine heart torn bite size
- 4 c. mixed baby lettuces washed, dry
- 1/2 c. cored red bell peppers in 1" cubes
- 1/2 c. cored yellow bell peppers in 1" cubes
- 1/2 c. Caramelized Onions (see recipe)
- 1/2 c. Kalamata olives pitted
- 1 sm cucumber peeled, seeded,
- Â Â quartered, cut into 1/2" slices
- 1 c. yellow pear and sweet cherry tomatoes cut in halves
- 1/2 c. freshly-grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 c. Greek Salad Dressing (see recipe)
- Â Â Kosher Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
