- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cheese-stuffed tortellini, uncooked
- 3 ounce fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
- Pasta salad dressing (recipe follows)

- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T minced fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon dry whole basil
- 1 teaspoon dry whole dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry whole oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
