  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea or possibly kosher salt
  • 2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic crushed through a press
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 2 c. Dry white wine
  • 3 c. Fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Mixed minced fresh herbs
  •     (such as chives, parsley, tarragon or possibly a combination)
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
