- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 c. beef stock or possibly water
- 1/2 c. green onions, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. rice
