- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced or possibly whole (cut up), well liquid removed
- 1 (5 ounce) stick pepperoni, sliced or possibly sauteed Italian sausage
- 1 sm. green bell pepper, finely minced
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
