- 1/2 c. Apple, diced 1/4"
- 2 x Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/2 c. Tomato juice
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 x Serrano pepper, dry
