Asparagus In Warm Tarragon Pecan Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, or possibly
  •     cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. finely minced pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon, may be doubled
  •     black pepper, to taste
