- 1 x Yellow Bell Pepper, cut lengthwise into 1/3 inch thick strips
- 3 ounce Feta Cheese
- 12 x black olives, pitted and halved
- Â Â Lemon Rosemary Rub
- 1/2 c. fresh rosemary sprigs (125 ml)
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil (167ml)
- 1 x juice of 4 lemons
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion (60ml)
- 4 clv garlic, large
- 2 Tbsp. coarse salt (30ml)
