6 plum tomatoes
6 canned artichokes quartered
1 cucumber
1 cup small green beans, cooked and cooled
4 smalls red onions
2 boiled eggs, quartered
6 ounces to 8 Smoked Salmon cut into 1 inch strips
4 ounces Black Kalamata olives
1/2 container Alouette Feta or Fat Free Feta Crumbled Cheese
2 sprigs basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
