1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1 egg plus egg yolk
1 cup sweet potato puree
4 tablespoons butter or Earth Balance, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy or cow’s milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
