- Cream (Half and Half or whipping cream) - (2 cups)
- Sugar (1 cup)
- Flavoring (can be Vanilla, chocolate syrup, cocoa, or whatever you like) - (about 8 tbsp. if using vanilla)
- Other things to mix in (candy, peanut butter cups, chocolate chips)
- Stainless steel mixing bowl (plastic may break)
- Wooden spoon (again plastic may break)
- gloves and eye protection
- Liquid Nitrogen (probably close to 5 gallons, but depends on each situation)
