  • oil, for greasing

  • 70-100ml/2½-3½fl oz vodka, to taste

  • 3 x 225g/8oz punnets raspberries

For the lime syrup
  • 150g/5oz caster sugar

  • 5 limes, zest and juice

  • 150ml/5fl oz water

  • 1 tsp arrowroot
