For the lavender and lemon shortbread
  • 55g/2oz plain flour

  • 40g/1½oz butter

  • 1 lemon, zest only

  • ½ orange, juice only

  • 1 tbsp chopped lavender flowers

  • 2 level tbsp caster sugar

To serve
  • ½ tsp chopped lavender flowers

  • 4 fresh raspberries

  • sprig fresh mint
