Ingredients
- 1 9' or 10' pie crust
- 1 cup italian sausage, crumbled and cooked
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 heaping tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (I used some with italian seasoning)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
