- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lb fresh Dungeness crab meat, picked clean of shell and lightly squeezed if wet
- 4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons approx. unsalted butter
- Chive Aioli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 5 TBSP chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
