Ingredients
- 3 pounds chuck roast; cut in 1' pieces
- 4 large onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 Tbl. Paprika (4 Tbl Sweet 2 Tbl hot)
- 2 Tbl white vinegar
- 6 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Marjoram
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Water or beef stock to cover (at least 4 cups)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup AP flour
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 pound white mushrooms, cut in quarters
