Austrian Goulash

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chuck roast; cut in 1' pieces
  • 4 large onions chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbl. Paprika (4 Tbl Sweet 2 Tbl hot)
  • 2 Tbl white vinegar
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Marjoram
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Water or beef stock to cover (at least 4 cups)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 pound white mushrooms, cut in quarters

I Received From Axel On Bakesapce And Made It, Making Some Adjustments As I Went. I Plan On Using This At A Mission Luncheon For A Family Going To Austria!!
