  • 1/8 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half (or milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 bratwursts, cooked and sliced
