  • 1 egg
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard powder
  • 1/8?1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg (fresh if you have it)
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • A pinch of paprika
