- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz Velveeta cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
- 10 oz Vermont cheddar cheese, cubed
- 15 oz gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried chives, chopped
- Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan
