  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 c thinly sliced leek (about 1 lg)
  • 3/4 c (3 oz) finely grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 lg egg whites
