  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 cups quinoa, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 sheets frozen phyllo pastry, defrosted
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
