- 1/3 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint or 2 teaspoons dried, crumbled
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground sumac
