  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup neutral-flavored vegetable oil, such as canola
  • 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
  • Fine salt
  • Chili sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
