- Vegetable oil for brushing
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- Korean Slaw (recipe follows)
- Cooked white rice for serving
- 1/4 head red cabbage, cored and cut cross-wise into shreds
- 1 head green cabbage, cored, quartered, and cut into shreds
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
