Ingredients

  • 1 pound white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 15-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaved removed and minced
  • 2 fillets anchovy, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan for finishing
