  • Total cost (for 2 plus leftovers to freeze): $7.79
  • 1 3/4 cups flour (I used a combination of all-purpose and white whole wheat)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • 2 pounds mixed sturdy greens (kale, chard, beet, mustard, dandelion), well washed, tough stems removed
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • Pepper
