- 1 1/2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- 2 pounds mixed sturdy greens (kale, chard, beet, mustard, dandelion), well washed, tough stems removed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon coriander seed
