- 1 1/2 pounds store-bought fresh pasta sheets
- 1 tablespoon semolina flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
