- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp lemon rind, grated
- 1 cup to 1-12 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
- 1/2 cup low-Sugar apricot preserves
