- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa, preferably Dutch process
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 eggs
- Confectioners' sugar, sweetened whipped
cream, ice cream and/or hot fudge sauce for
serving (optional)
