  • 1 cup finely ground cornmeal
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions, green portion
    only
  • 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 6 egg whites
