- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 spring onions, cut into thin strips
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 12 fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 150 g spinach leaves
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, crushed
- 3 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
