  • 1 medium butternut squash

  • few sprigs thyme
  • 1 tbsp pine kernels
  • 1 handfuls mixed leaves of lettuce
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 red peppers
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
