- 1-2 medium avocado, flesh coarsely chopped

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin

- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 handfuls coarsely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- tabasco, to taste (optional)
