Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 whole mackerel, filleted
  • knob of butter
  • 4 smoked mackerel fillet, flaked, bones picked out
  • 100 g crme frache
  • 1 lemon, zest only
  • 50 g horseradish, grated
  • 1/2 loaf sourdough bread, sliced
  • 1 beetroot, thinly sliced
  • 1 golden beetroot, thinly sliced
  • 1 heads frise lettuce
