- 100 g blanched flaked almonds
- 200 g caster sugar
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 tsp lavender flowers
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp honey, preferably manuka honey from New Zealand, to drizzle
