- 2 tsp of real cacao powder (not the Nesquik rubbish)
- 2 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 0.5 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- A small handful of walnuts or almonds
- A small handful of dark chocolate nibs
- A small handful of coconut flakes
- 100 - 150ml of coconut milk
- 200 - 300ml of water
- Optional:
- 1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
- 200ml of milk or soy milk
- 1 serving protein powder
