Ingredients

  • A good handful of kale or spinach
  • A small handful of fresh parsley or other herbs
  • Half an avocado
  • 2 tsp of real cacao powder (not the Nesquik rubbish)
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • A small handful of walnuts or almonds
  • A small handful of dark chocolate nibs
  • A small handful of coconut flakes
  • 100 - 150ml of coconut milk
  • 200 - 300ml of water
  • Optional:
  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
  • 200ml of milk or soy milk
  • 1 serving protein powder
