- juice of 1 limes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- zest and juice of 2 lemons, finely grated

- 1 tbsp thyme honey
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
