• 2 celery ribs, cut into 1-1/2 inch-julienne strips
• 1/2 medium green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch julienne strips
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 to 2 teaspoons Crisco Pure Olive Oil
• 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons cold water
