  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 boneless pork loin roast (about 4 pounds), netted or tied
  • 1 can (about 4 ounces) diced green chiles , drained
  • 12 flour tortilla (10-inch) , warmed
  • 2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 8 ounces)
