- 1/2 lb firm tofu, smoked, cut into 8 thin slices
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Chile Pepper, green, whole, habanero, seeded and finely chopped (wear plastic gloves when handling)
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
