- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
