Ingredients

  • TUNA SAUCE
  • 4 slices firm white bread, crusts removed, bread cubed (21/2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (about 6 ounces) chunk light tuna in oil, drained
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 6 flat anchovy fillets, drained
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked, chilled and sliced turkey breast
  • Garnish: lemon slices, capers and parsley
