- 1 can (about 6 ounces) chunk light tuna in oil, drained
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 6 flat anchovy fillets, drained
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked, chilled and sliced turkey breast
- Garnish: lemon slices, capers and parsley
