  • 3 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • ground black pepper
  • 12 large egg
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon Crisco® butter flavor all-vegetable shortening
  • 9 slice bacon , cooked and crumbled
  • 2 small avocado , peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup coarsely grated Monterey Jack cheese (about 6 ounces)
