  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 can (3 cups) Bing cherries, quartered (Oregon brand)
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or chives
  • oz (6) boneless duck breasts with skin
