- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, wiped clean, trimmed and sliced
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1 1 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
