  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
  • 9 ounces pineapple, cubed (1 1/2 cups)
  • 4-6 12-inch metal or wooden skewers

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
