  • 3 tablespoons  canola oil
  • 1   egg
  • 1   egg white
  • 2- 1/2 cups  whole wheat flour
  •   Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1   egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon  water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons  poppy seeds, black and/or white sesame seeds, or rolled oats
