  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup  refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla
  • 3/4 cup  evaporated fat-free milk
  •   Frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)
