- 1 cup grated gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chipped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, bias-sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow, red or green bell pepper
- 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion (optional)
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Description
Cut Each Morningstar Farms Asian Veggie Patties Into 4 Strips. Place In 9 X 9 X 2-inch Baking Dish. Sprinkle With Chili Pepper.
